The Civic Alliance - Latvia (CAL) announced a contest for the development and implementation of a digital tool based on the concept of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. IT companies or independent developers specialising in the development of information systems were invited to apply.

The digital tool is planned to be implemented to enable the CAL to manage and improve relations with partners and members more efficiently, to automate daily tasks and processes, to provide a single and easy-to-manage information database, and to allow better planning and tracking of project progress and finances.

The deadline for the development of the digital tool is 31 December 2024, maintenance and debugging until 31 December 2028

The maximum amount available for the development, implementation and bug-fixing or system upgrade of the project is € 36 490,00 including VAT.

The development of the digital tool is supported under the European Union Fund project "Support for the growth of civil society organisations", project number 4.3.4.5/1/24/I/001. The Civic Alliance - Latvia is responsible for the content of the information.
