The discussion is organised by the Latvian, Finnish and Estonian chapters of Transparency International, in Latvia by the Society for Openness - Delna. Civil society, public institutions, business representatives and anyone interested are invited to participate in the event. 

The event will present a prototype of the tool developed during the previously organised open data hackathon, lessons learned, including the potential of open data to address national security threats and barriers to data access for researchers, journalists and organisations in exposing corruption and fraud.
